Four Quick Changes monthly
Submit contained updates through the ticket system. Standard accepted changes are reviewed and live by the next business day.

First-party analytics and automated performance reporting show what people visit, where they engage and what should improve next.
Ownership after six payments
After six completed payments and settled invoices, you own the client-specific frontend, backend, data, supplied assets and deployment documentation.

A Quick Change fits the existing website system. One new standard page using an existing layout and client-supplied content counts as one Quick Change. New layouts, integrations and features are quoted as projects.
You own the asset, not the proprietary CMS
The client-specific site code and data are portable after six completed payments. The TOMICZ CMS remains proprietary and managed-service access ends if the subscription ends.
Business-hours human support
Support runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Eastern Time. Monitoring runs continuously, but the offer does not promise 24/7 human support.

Is there a contract minimum?
Yes. The service has a six-month minimum commitment, then becomes month-to-month afterward.
Does the $399/month include the initial build?
Yes. There is no setup fee. The first monthly payment starts the project and covers the initial build work plus the managed service.
What happens if I leave?
After six completed payments and settlement of all invoices, you receive the client-specific site code, data, supplied assets and deployment documentation. Hands-on migration help is separately scoped.
Are domain and email included?
One standard domain registration or renewal up to $20/year and three managed professional email mailboxes are included. Email archive migration and extra mailboxes are separately quoted.
Who is this not for?
It is not the right fit for pre-revenue ideas, complex e-commerce, custom applications, or clients who need unlimited custom development inside a fixed subscription.
