    We tell you what kind it is

    A fix for something we got wrong is free and never counted. A website change costs 1 of your 4 weekly credits, a new feature costs 4 and gets a date we agree on. Anything bigger is a project, quoted before any work starts.

    It goes live by the next business day

    Standard accepted changes are reviewed and live by the next business day. Our reply lands in the CMS and in your inbox, and you confirm it is solved.

Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. US Eastern. Requests sent outside those hours start the next business morning.

Your website does not end with the subscription.

    We register it in your name and manage it for you. It is yours while you are with us and after you leave.

  • After six completed payments

    Your code and your data

    Once every invoice is settled, you get the code we wrote for your site, your content, images, reviews and leads, and the documentation to run it elsewhere. No extra charge.

  • When you leave

    Your site stays online

    With every invoice settled, it keeps running on our hosting until the end of the hosting year you have already paid for. TOMICZ CMS stays with us, and the site is built to work without it. Help moving it is quoted separately.

Questions worth answering before the call.

Is there a contract minimum?

Yes. The service has a six-month minimum commitment, then becomes month-to-month afterward.

Does the $299/month include the initial build?

Yes. There is no setup fee. The first monthly payment starts the project and covers the initial build work plus the managed service.

What happens if a payment runs late?

Your website keeps running. Changes, tickets and CMS access pause until the account is settled, and there is a grace period before anything further happens. Nothing is deleted.

Are domain and email included?

One standard domain registration or renewal up to $20/year and three managed professional email mailboxes are included. Email archive migration and extra mailboxes are separately quoted.

Who is this not for?

It is not the right fit for pre-revenue ideas, complex e-commerce, custom applications, or clients who need unlimited custom development inside a fixed subscription.
